Jokimaa
Jokimaa is a village of about 300 residents in Eastern Janakkala. The community meeting place is the Löyttymäki Fire Station building, completed in 1949, which the Jokimaa village association has renovated through volunteer work and EU funding into a modern village house. The building is also rented out to outsiders for celebrations and other events.
In summer, the village’s life is enlivened by vacationers spending their leisure time at the clear waters of Mallinkaistenjärvi.
