Moisio 1

In the new residential area of Turengin Moisio, plots of approximately 567 – 772 square meters are generally available. You can build a trendy mini house or even a semi-detached house on these plots. The possibilities are many! The building rights on AO-2 plots are as much as 200 square meters. There are also a couple of larger plots, such as AP-8, where you can build two houses with a friend and share the land under a management agreement. The streets in the Moisio1 area were completed in the autumn of 2022.

The services of the town center are within walking distance, less than 1 km away, as well as forested outdoor trails that become ski tracks in winter, and Lastujärvi with its beaches. Turengin’s new school and multipurpose center Välkky, library, and sports hall are also within a kilometer radius of the area.

A community gardening area will be established in the center of the Moisio1 zoning area. Additionally, the zoning plan reserves a communal area for a waste collection point, to which the buyer is obligated to join later. There is no confirmed timeline for the completion of the waste connection point, and its construction depends on the development of the area (other households). The plot buyer will initially enter into their own waste agreement and obtain their own waste container. A general sorting point (for leaves, cardboard) is located about 200 meters away.

In the Moisio zoning area, each property must direct rainwater to the constructed main line on the street.
