Moisio 1

In the new residential area of Moisio, plots of approximately 567–772 m2 are generally available. You can build a trendy mini house or even a semi-detached house on these plots. The possibilities are many! The building rights on AO-2 plots are as much as 200 m2. There are also a couple of larger plots, such as AP-8, where you can build two houses with a friend and share the land under a management agreement. The streets in the Moisio 1 area were completed in the autumn of 2022.

The services of Turenki center are within walking distance, less than 1 km away, as well as forested outdoor trails that become ski tracks in winter, and lake Lastujärvi with its beaches. Turenki’s new school and multipurpose center Välkky, library, and sports hall are also within a kilometer radius of the area.

A community gardening area will be established in the center of the Moisio 1 local detailed plan. Additionally, the local detailed plan reserves a communal area for a waste collection point, to which the buyer is obligated to join later. There is no confirmed timeline for the completion of the waste connection point, and its construction depends on the development of the area (other households). The plot buyer will initially enter into their own waste agreement and obtain their own waste container. A general sorting point (for paper, cardboard) is located about 200 meters away.

In the Moisio local detailed plan, each property must direct rainwater to the constructed main line on the street.
