Badger

Mäyrä is an area bordered by peaceful detached housing and connected to a nature-close recreational area. From Mäyrä it is approx. 0.5–1 km to the primary school and approx. 1.5 km to the lower secondary school. The services in the centre of Tervakoski population center are approx. 1.5 km away, where you will also find the new impressive multifunctional hall Delfort Areena, and the school centre Valo, which will be taken into use in autumn 2025.

Illuminated ski tracks and outdoor trails circle Luulionvuori, and other outdoor sports services are concentrated near Tervakoski school and the swimming hall (approx. 500 m–1 km), where there is a sports field, ice hockey and skating rinks and a frisbee golf course. The nearest beach is on the shore of Lake Alasjärvi, about one kilometre from the Mäyrä residential area.
