Cancellation terms

Temporary cancellation of a booked slot
- Due to significant and unforeseen circumstances, a regular time slot may be temporarily canceled during the season by Sports Services, even at short notice. A canceled session does not entitle the user to compensation. Any changes to bookings will be communicated by email and in the Asio calendar.
The slot holder may cancel an individual recurring slot free of charge 2 weeks before the scheduled time.
- Cancellation can be made through ASIO’s service. After that, a cancelled slot will be charged 50% of the booked slot’s price, except in cases where the cancelled slot can be made available to another user. If the cancellation occurs after the slot or on the day of the slot, the full fee will be charged.
Full cancellation of an assigned recurring slot
- The slot holder may cancel their recurring slot in full with a two-week notice period. Slots during the notice period will be billed. The notice period is counted from the notification to the head of sports services. After the notice period, the cancelled slots are removed from the ASIO system.
An assigned hall slot may be cancelled in full by the space provider in the following cases:
- 1. The slot has been applied for on improper grounds.
  2. It becomes apparent that the slot is not being used for the purpose for which it was granted.
  3. The slot has not been used for 4 consecutive times.
  4. The number of participants stated in the slot application has decreased significantly after the slots were granted.
  5. The given instructions regarding the use, order and cleanliness of the premises are not followed.
  6. The facility usage fees are unpaid
