The reservation policy for the Municipal Hall’s meeting rooms changes on September 1
The booking procedure for the Municipal Hall’s meeting rooms (Hamppula, Päivärinne and Council Hall) will change starting September 1, 2026.
Evening bookings for the meeting rooms will henceforth be made in the Asio system.
Through the link you can also make reservations for other municipal facilities. The link is also available on the website’s Finnish front page under the Asioi sähköisesti menu.
With the change, reservations are confirmed at the time of booking. The person making the reservation will receive a code for access and instructions for using the premises. Keys will no longer be separately collected from the municipal hall for evening bookings.
Previously made reservations remain valid and will be transferred to the new booking system.
