Meeting rooms to reserve at the Municipal Hall
The municipal hall’s meeting rooms can be reserved by associations, companies, or individuals for organizing meetings or training sessions. The coffee machine in the lobby is available by paying the price of the drinks in cash into a box next to it. The meeting rooms in the municipal hall are free of charge for local associations.
Meeting rooms are reserved through the Asio system. When the room is reserved, you will receive a code by email with which you will be able to get in to the municipal hall when the reservation begins.
If the use of meeting room requires the presence of a property attendant or another person outside of office hours, an additional fee of 25 euros will be charged for each visit.
The municipal hall’s meeting rooms are not rented out to external renters on council meeting days. No rent is charged to council groups for meetings held in conjunction with council meetings.

Seating capacity: max. 66
(4 in front, 42 at table rows, 9 at side tables, 11 additional chairs against the wall)
Equipment: Desk computer, data projector, document camera, table microphones, podium.
Price: Full day from 8 AM to 4 PM 80€ + VAT
Half day/evening after 4 PM 40€ + VAT
Meeting Room Päivärinne
Seating capacity at the table 16, additional chairs on the sides approx. 5
Equipment: Large screen on the wall, Jabra conference phone for remote meetings, whiteboard and markers.
Meeting room can be connected to the adjacent meeting room Hamppula by opening the partition wall.
Price: Full day from 8 AM to 4 PM 30€ + VAT
Half day/evening after 4 PM 15€ + VAT

Seating capacity at the table 14, additional chairs on the sides approx. 10
Equipment: Large screen on the wall, Jabra conference phone for remote meetings, whiteboard and markers.
Meeting room can be connected to the adjacent meeting room Päivärinne by opening the partition wall.
