The task of the committee is to monitor the operations of subsidiaries and the unincorporated municipal enterprise and to preliminarily express the views of the municipal executive regarding vitality and employment matters, as well as to maintain strategic consistency between the parent company and the various subsidiaries of the municipality. The committee prepares owner guidance matters and monitors the operations of the local authority corporation, as well as providing preliminary statements related to owner guidance.
