Service office Lyyli’s operations will end

Service office Lyyli at the municipal hall will be open for the last time on Friday, May 29 from 9:00 to 12:00.

From Lyyli’s services, travel card top-ups and the sale and top-up of gym and ice-swimming tokens will move to the main library after the summer holiday season.

Lyyli’s email lyyli@janakkala.fi and phone number 050 5090 449 will continue to be routed to the municipal administration, except for the summer break on July 6-31, 2026.

The closure of the service is related to the consolidation of the municipal service network and co-operation negotiations, both of which aim to balance the municipality’s finances. The change is also due to a significant decrease in on-site visits, for example after social and health services were transferred to Oma Häme’s responsibility. Electronic services are also increasingly used. An employment services information point will continue to serve in the municipal hall lobby.
