Compass Group’s food and cleaning services is now Amica
Compass Group’s multiservices (food and cleaning services) goes by the brand Amica now.
The Amica brand is being refreshed. This is not just a new visual identity, but about clarifying the whole Amica story and strengthening a shared way of working in everyday encounters with our customers.
The goal is that Amica is visible and felt as a unified, warm and reliable service brand at all locations. In accordance with the contract, but always with a personal touch and from the heart – just as Amica employees do their work every day.
Amica’s new visual identity will be rolled out in phases. Larger visual identity renewals at locations are always implemented on a site- and customer-specific basis.
A customer survey related to cleaning services is currently underway in Janakkala. The customer feedback survey has already been carried out under the refreshed Amica brand. Surveys have been delivered to all municipal properties, e.g. libraries, the swimming hall, sports halls and the changing room facilities of sports venues.
