The rug washing sites in Janakkala open on May 22, 2026.

The washing sites are located at

• Turenki, near Ahilampi, at the end of Kiramontie
• Tervakoski, at the intersection of Vähikkäläntie and the side road turning towards Alasjärvi.

The washing sites are open during the summer every day from 6 AM to 9 PM.
