Sales spots on the pedestrian street in Turenki

There are a total of four sales spots available for free on Turenki pedestrian street (max. sales spot size 4m x 6m). The sales spots are marked on the map and they are located in close proximity to the electricity point on the pedestrian street.

The sales spot can be reserved for one or more days, but the sales area must be cleared overnight.

For 24-hour stalls or other than these four sales spots, the use permit for the pedestrian street is granted by the property engineer.

Sales spot reservations

You can make a reservation for the sales spot by email or phone (lyyli@janakkala.fi or 050 5090 449). When making the reservation, please provide:

• Your name or the names of your association/company
• What you are selling/displaying
• The number of the sales spot you want
• Date and time of the reservation
• Your contact information (phone number and/or email)
• If you need electricity, please state it when making a reservation

Electricity

The municipality charges for the use of electricity as follows:

• small use (coffee maker, for example) 5 € / day,
• bigger use (an ice cream stall, several refrigeration units, for example) 10 € / day.

The key to the electricity point is reserved at the time of the sales spot reservation. NOTE! If you need electricity, please make the reservation well in advance, at least three days prior, so that the key can be handed over to you in time.

• The key to the electricity point can be collected from the municipal hall at a separately agreed time.
• When collecting the key, electricity usage is paid in advance.
• The key is to be returned to the mailbox of the municipal hall (on the outer wall next to the entrance).
• The key will be handed over in exchange for contact information and a fee of 100€ will be charged for any key not returned.
