Thu 18 June 16:00 Summer songs at the Yellow House Come sing summer tunes while enjoying coffee. Led by cultural producer Satu Ristola. Program free of charge; café services at your own expense.
Sat 27 June 11:00–13:00 Children’s Saturday Meet animal friends in the museum area.
Sat 27 June 11:30–12:30 Art session: Harp music and painting at the Yellow House. The program is part of Janakkala Baroque’s family baroque program. Free admission.
Sun 5 July Local Museum Day, guided tours at 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, and 16:00 The atmospheric open-air museum area with its buildings offers a time travel to the everyday life of a crofter family in the late 19th century. Free admission.
Fri 10 July 2026 11:00–15:00 National Visual Arts Day painting event Janakkala Fine Arts Association (Janakkalan Kuvataideyhdistys ry) organizes a painting event at Laurinmäki Crofter’s museum. At the event, the association’s members will paint independently and encourage one another. Paper and painting materials will be provided on site for children and others who wish to try. The municipality will provide a limited number of tables. Shelter space is limited. The event is open to everyone and free of charge. Free admission.
