Introduction and contact information
The main tasks of the Rural Services Unit Häme in its area are:
- customer service for support administration
- user support for the Vipu service
- processing and granting of agricultural subsidies
- various inspections (moose damage, predator damage, crop damage caused by protected animals, and false oat inspections)
- issuing required official statements upon request to other authorities and farmers
- animal keeper register, data storage and user support (holding places and animal husbandry)
- all other tasks legally mandated for the municipal rural economic authority
Processing and mailing of documents
Submission of paper support applications and other documents via email to maataloustoimisto@janakkala.fi. You will receive confirmation of the receipt of the mail to the sender’s email from the agricultural office’s email.
Documents can be sent by mail to the address Maaseutupalveluyksikkö Häme, Juttilantie 1, 14200 Turenki or delivered to the office by appointment to the desired official (contact details below).
Our customer service at the office operates on an appointment basis. So always first book a time for service with your desired rural agent.. The Loppi office also operates by appointment, please book a service time with rural agent Henrik Röykkä.
