Building regulations
In addition to the Land Use and Building Act and Decree and other provisions and regulations concerning land use and construction, the provisions of these building regulations must be observed in the municipality of Janakkala.
The building regulations provide provisions and guidance arising from local conditions to promote ecologically, economically, socially and culturally sustainable development, planned and appropriate construction, and the implementation of a healthy, pleasant, socially functioning living and operating environment that takes into account the needs of special groups.
Building control fees
The currently valid fee schedule was approved by the technical committee on February 10, 2026 and is in effect from March 1, 2026.
