Change of ownership
Notification of the change of property ownership is made to Janakkala Water customer service.

When the owner changes, the following must be reported:
Seller:
- property’s address and the new owner
- new address for the final invoice
- water meter reading from the day of the change of ownership (the seller of the property is responsible for reporting the reading)
Buyer:
- the new owner’s information (names, personal identity codes / business identity code, phone number and the number of residents)
Janakkala Water will make a connection agreement with the new owner of the property. The connection agreement will be sent by mail for signing after the move to the property.
