Allotment gardening 2026
The area will most likely be ready for cultivation in week 20 (after 11 May). We will inform you about this separately!
Soil tilling depends entirely on the weather. After the tilling we will mark the plot boundaries and numbers.
All plots were allocated on Wed 22 Apr 2026, and no free plots remained. Last year, plastic waste remained on the area despite cleaning requests. Please note that cleaning is the responsibility of the plot renter, see terms.

Perennial plots, Moisio1
We are offering perennial plots for the first time now from the Moisio1 area. The plots are located next to the daycare (on the side indicated by the arrow in the photo).
The plots will be marked in the field at the latest around the turn of April/May. The tilling and watering of perennial plots are the responsibility of the cultivators themselves.

One plot is approx. 50 m2 and the price is €25/year. Up to 2 plots are allocated per reserver.
A plot can be reserved for a maximum of five years. The reserver has priority to continue cultivating the plot after five years. The perennial cultivator commits to maintaining and paying for their plot annually, or alternatively as a one-time payment, e.g. for 5 years. We will issue the invoice separately. Issuing the invoice requires that the reserver is willing to provide complete personal and address details for billing. The contract for perennial plots ends if the renter notifies that they relinquish the plot or the contract is terminated, for example due to unpaid invoices or neglect of the plot. If you pay for the plot only one year at a time, please still indicate whether you are willing to continue the rental annually/for 1–5 years.
Perennial plots are primarily intended for perennial plants, e.g. berry bushes and perennial herbs.
Structures/greenhouses may not be placed on the area. However, for example wooden planting boxes or similar are allowed.
