In upper secondary school counseling, issues related to upper secondary studies, matriculation examinations, and further studies are addressed. The main responsibility for counseling lies with the guidance counselor.

You can turn to the guidance counselor regarding the following issues:

  • planning, completing, and progressing in upper secondary studies
  • matriculation examinations
  • future plans
  • challenges and difficulties related to studying
  • You can book an appointment with the study counselor via Wilma or the appointment booking system.

Monitoring Study Progress

It is the student’s responsibility to monitor their own course/module completions and credit accumulation.

You can do this using the browser version of Wilma (not the phone app).

On the Wilma tab for studies, all your course completions and any P marks will be visible – a P mark indicates that the course completion is incomplete. If you receive a P mark, immediately contact the teacher of that course. You can complete the course during the next period after receiving a P mark.

You can track your course/credit accumulation under the studies tab in the summary section. The summary does not display courses for which you have received a P mark or K mark (K=course left incomplete).

You can get help with checking your study progress and planning your studies from the study counselor.
