Financial aid for studies

School transport subsidy
The requirement for receiving transport subsidy is a school distance of 7 km for compulsory education students and 10 km for others, along the shortest commonly used route. The subsidy is granted by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela). To receive school transport subsidy, students must submit a completed School Transport Subsidy application to the office in Tervakoski or Turenki.
