Road Traffic Permit

According to the Off-Road Traffic Act, a permit from the municipal environmental protection authority must be obtained for the repeated or permanent organization of competitions and training with motorized vehicles in the same area. A permit must also be obtained for the organization of a single event if significant harm to nature, the environment, residential areas, general recreational use, fishing, or other public or private interests is expected from the event. There must also be written permission from the landowner for the activity.

A free-form permit application, accompanied by a location map, should be submitted to the environmental protection unit. A fee in accordance with the tariff will be charged for the processing of the application.
