You can now purchase and renew gym cards online
New features are made available through the new ASIO facility booking system.
You can now purchase gym pass products for the gyms maintained by the municipality of Janakkala at Turenki Sports Hall and Delfort Arena. The online store rollout begins with adult gym pass products and we will notify separately about the extension to discount groups. Access to the facilities for gym passes purchased from the online store is via an access code that you receive after completing payment. You can check the access code and the card’s validity period by logging into Oma Asiointi from the ASIO portal. When purchasing from the online store, you choose whether the access right is for the men’s or women’s locker room side. In special cases, contact the head of sports services.
Instructions for current customers
Customers who currently use an access card/fob to enter the gym:
- The product purchased from the online store is valid from the time of purchase. After starting to use the online store, a previously used access fob can be returned to the customer service point and you can switch to using an access code, which will allow you to manage all matters related to your gym membership online in the future.
- If you wish to continue using an access fob to access the gym, you must visit the customer service point before access rights can be granted to the fob. For these customers, it is recommended to update the card entirely at the customer service point rather than using online services, in the same way as before.
Products in the online store
Adult gym passes: single visit, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
- Turenki Sports Hall gym passes
- The product entitles access to Turenki Sports Hall’s gym for the validity period purchased on the card. The validity period starts from the time of purchase.
- Delfort Arena gym pass
- The product entitles access to Delfort Arena’s gym for the validity period purchased on the card. The validity period starts from the time of purchase.
- Combined gym passes
- The product entitles use of the Tervakoski and Turenki gyms for the validity period purchased on the card. The validity period starts from the time of purchase.
- Single visits
- The product entitles access to either Turenki Sports Hall’s gym or Delfort Arena’s gym. The single-use access code is valid for 4 hours from the time of purchase.
