Municipal executive: Moisio-Kyteri partial master plan moves forward

The municipal executive will put on public display at its next meeting on 27.10.2025 the draft-stage materials of the Moisio-Kyteri partial master plan. The area’s planning was initiated already in 2002, but it has remained at the draft stage. The plan’s name has been changed to be more descriptive and the area refined to approximately 213 hectares.

Also on the agenda is an item on returning the second-phase project plan for the Turenki School Center to the preparatory phase. In its previous meeting, when approving the budget, the municipal executive required that more economical alternatives be prepared in the project plan for the investment (investment 17.3 M and equipment purchases 1.3 M euros) without changing the investment schedule.

– At the budget meeting the municipal executive was unanimous that a more affordable solution must be found in the preparations, says the chair of the municipal executive Reijo Löytynoja.

In addition, the municipal executive will respond to the council initiative regarding the Punkka and Kanssi business areas and to Hämeen Sinitaivas ry’s cooperation proposal, and takes note of the interim report on the implementation of the budget for the period 1.1.-30.9.2025.
