Most feedback is given about streets and traffic arrangements

A total of 757 pieces of feedback were received through Janakkala municipality’s feedback channel during 2025.
Nearly 70% of the feedback concerns the residential environment — streets, streetlights, traffic, parks and sports areas — and most of these are repair requests. For example, the post-Christmas storm Hannes generated 13 reports of trees fallen in problematic locations.

Most development suggestions also concern the environment, above all traffic arrangements.

The municipality received 68 direct complaints, most of which also concerned maintenance of premises and the environment. There were 21 thank-you messages submitted to the feedback channel, for example about new outdoor exercise equipment, swimming instruction and winter maintenance.

The municipality still received some feedback regarding social and health services, which are currently provided by Oma Häme.
