Culture Bank brings artists and clients together

Information session at Janakkala Main Library 11.11.2025

A new nationwide opportunity has opened for art and culture creatives!
At Janakkala Main Library an information session will be held on Tuesday 11.11.2025 from 18:00 to 19:00, presenting Culture Bank – a new free online service: www.kulttuuripankki.fi.

Culture Bank brings together artists, performers and cultural sector professionals from across Finland and makes their expertise easy to find. In the service, artists can create their own profile, showcase their skills and offer bookable services, such as performances, workshops, and art experiences. Clients or subscribers, in turn, can find creators with a single search – whether for a school, an event or a municipality’s cultural program.

Culture Bank will expand during autumn 2025 to the entire Kanta-Häme region. In Janakkala, the service contact person and moderator is cultural producer Satu Ristola.
– We hope that through the service art commissioners and creators will find each other better than before. Culture Bank offers a new opportunity to showcase the skills of the art and culture sector, promoting artists’ employment opportunities across municipal boundaries, Ristola says.

The service’s communications will make use of the networks and channels of various partners, such as cultural services, employment services and business services.

Joining the service is free and easy for artists. Come listen, be inspired and take the first step towards new collaboration opportunities!
