Liinalammi
A large dock and a 3-meter diving tower, a deep pond near the center of Turenki. Changing rooms and a restroom.
The changing cabins at Liinalammi beach in Turenki are open for swimmers from 6 AM to 8 PM.
If vandalism occurs, the opening hours may need to be restricted.

Pappilanranta beach, Tarinmaa
Pappilanranta beach is located in Tarinmaa. It is a shallow and calm sandy beach suitable for children. The beach has changing rooms and a portable toilet.

Lake Rehakanjärvi, Rehakka
Lake Rehakanjärvi has a shallow sandy beach, a grill hut, a changing room, a restroom, and a grassy sand area for ball games.

Lake Kernaalanjärvi, Harjunmäki
Lake Kernaalanjärvi is located in Harjunmäki, Tervakoski. It is a shallow sandy beach with a changing room and a restroom.

Rahitunlammi swimming spot, Leppäkoski
Rahitunlammi is a small clear-water pond deep in the midst of ridges. The swimming spot has a renovated dock for swimmers, equipped with a table and chairs. Additionally, there are changing rooms.

Tietty beach, Tervakoski
Tietty beach is located in Alasjärvi, Tervakoski. There is a dock and a changing room as well as a beach volleyball court. There is a portable toilet on the beach.
In Tervakoski at the carpet washing area at the intersection of Vähikkäläntie and the small road turning to Alasjärvi.

Suruton beach, Tervakoski
Suruton shallow sandy beach is located in Tervakoski. There is a dock, changing room, portable toilet, and beach volleyball court.
NOTE! Jumping from the dock is prohibited due to variations in water level.
Next to the municipal swimming beach is a Suruton ry’s cottage, dock, and hut.

Lake Valajärvi, Vähikkälä
Valajärvi is a clear-water lake in Vähikkälä. The beach is shallow and suitable for children. Swimmers have access to a dock, changing room, and restroom.

Ahilammi beach
Ahilammi beach is located in Turenki near the guest marina. It is a popular beach with a dock and a changing room. Ahilammi also has a separate swimming area for dogs and a carpet washing point at the end of Kiramontie. There is a portable toilet on the beach.

Harviala beach
The swimming spot is located near the Harviala boat dock.
There is a dock, changing room, and portable toilet on the beach.
NOTE: The water is flowing and the beach deepens quite quickly.

Lake Lastujärvi swimming spot
The Lastujärvi swimming spot is located at the end of Lastujärventie, next to a hut. A shallow sandy beach without a dock. There is a changing room and a portable toilet on the beach.

Safety instructions for swimmers
There is a no-jumping sign on the dock of the swimming beaches if the water depth is less than 2 m from the dock at water level, or if jumping is otherwise dangerous.
Calling for help
- Emergency number 112
- When you notice someone in distress
- Calm yourself and the person in distress. Call for help.
- Look for suitable lifesaving equipment (lifebuoy, rope, inflatable mattress, etc.) that you can extend to the person in need.
- Try to bring the person to safety with the lifesaving equipment, do not put yourself in danger. (bad if 1 drowned, worse if 2)
- Call the emergency number 112.
- Secure the victim’s vital functions.
- Guide the emergency vehicle to the location.
- Always keep the rescue route clear.
- Park your car, moped, or bicycle in the parking area.
Small children
- Never leave a small or non-swimming child unattended at the beach.
- Monitor your children’s play.
- Lake water is murky when the bottom is disturbed, and visibility in the water is very poor.
Instructions for swimmers
- Do not go swimming if you are alone at the beach.
- Swim parallel to the shore.
- Avoid strongly flowing water
- Remember that cold water can quickly immobilize.
- Only swim while sober.
- Even a good swimmer can overestimate their abilities.
Vandalism
- Misuse or damage of lifesaving equipment is punishable acts.
- If you notice a broken lifesaving device, play or exercise equipment, dock, or any object posing a danger in the swimming area, report it immediately to the beach manager or call 112.
- Warn others about the danger you have observed
- If you see someone vandalizing, remember the characteristics of the vandal.
- Do not jeopardize your or others’ safety by attempting to apprehend the perpetrator.
Animals
- Bringing pets and domestic animals to the beach is prohibited by the order of law.
- Feeding birds is prohibited at the beach.
Waste
- Avoid using glass drinking bottles at the beach.
- Please dispose of your waste in the trash bins, thank you.
