Row house plots

All available row house plots with their information can be found in our map service, where you can also make a plot reservation. Please also familiarize yourself with the reservation and transfer conditions that came into effect in 2021.

Row house plots can be found in Tervakoski in the areas of Eväsoja, Mäyrä and Teerikaari. In Turenki, row house plots can be found in the areas of Kyteri1, Ilveslinna, Tapaila, Music Institute (Pyhämäki) and Kuumola. The prices of the plots start from 55€ per square meter and are determined by area.
