Kunnon eväät -exercise cards
Kunnon eväät cards have been created in the Age Institute’s Strength in Old Age – health exercise program for the elderly. Kunnon eväät contains 52 separate illustrated exercise cards that develop strength and balance, with a unique exercise for each week of the year.
The cards feature Maire and Jussi exercising. Each card depicts the start of the movement, a movement instruction on a blue background, and the conclusion of the movement. Additionally, it explains how to make the movement easier or harder. Finally, there is a justification for the movement and a description of how the movement facilitates daily activities. The cards also include nutritional guidance.
