- The deposit paid for the gym card (€17) will be refunded when the customer returns an undamaged card within six months of the termination of access rights. After this, the customer will be removed from the register. The deposit is not refunded for lost, damaged, or returned cards after the deadline. A new deposit is always charged for a new card.
- The customer can purchase a new usage period for the card, during which the deposit will not be processed. After the new period ends, there is again the possibility to receive the deposit back within six months. Additional usage time can also be purchased for the card.
- If the card has to be closed due to misuse, unused time will not be refunded to the customer.
- Exercise vouchers are accepted as a method of payment according to valid agreements.
- For a card purchaser under 15 years of age, the guardian must obtain permission from the sports manager for the purchase of the gym card.
