Building Regulations

In addition to the Land Use and Building Act and regulations, as well as other provisions regarding land use and construction, the municipality of Janakkala must adhere to the provisions of this building regulation.

This building regulation provides local rules and guidelines aimed at promoting ecological, economic, socially and culturally sustainable development, planned and suitable construction, as well as the creation of a healthy, pleasant, socially functioning living and operating environment that takes the needs of special groups into account.

The current fee was approved by the Technical Committee on December 10, 2024, and is effective from January 1, 2025.
