Water aerobics is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels who have sufficient swimming skills for exercising in a large pool.

Water aerobics is an effective and cheerful way to train. Water puts a good load on the joints and allows for diverse movement safely. In water aerobics, equipment and one’s own body are used to perform the movements.

NOTE: You can take the bus from Turenki to Wednesday’s water aerobics: Departure from the former bus station at 9:30 AM and return to the same place after the swimming pool visit. The round trip costs €7, payment to the driver.

Autumn 12.8.-20.12.2024 and spring 8.1.-23.5.2025

  • On Mondays from 19:00 – 19:45
  • On Wednesdays from 9:30 – 10:00 +15 minutes free swimming time (entry from 9:00)
  • On Wednesdays from 10:15-10:45 (exit by 12:00)
  • On Fridays from 13:00 – 13:45

Entry to Wednesday’s water aerobics starts at the swimming pool from 9:00 AM. You can participate in only one session.
After your own free swimming time, you must leave the pool area by 11:15 AM.
You must exit the swimming pool by 12:00 PM.

Water aerobics will not be held during the autumn holiday week (week 42), winter holiday week (week 9), or on December 6th, April 18th, and April 21st. Water aerobics will not be held if the swimming pool is closed.

Participation in water aerobics requires a swimming fee. No advance registration is needed.

Peer-led water aerobics for seniors

There is no water aerobics if the swimming pool is closed. No advance registration is needed. Participation requires a swimming pool entry fee. The session is led by a peer instructor from the sports services.

  • For early risers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45 – 7:30, water aerobics is held from 7:15-8:00 when the swimming pool opens at 7:00
