The event trailer is a trailer that contains supplies for organizing events. The trailer can be borrowed by associations in Janakkala for organizing open events in Janakkala. A usage fee of 15 euros is charged for the trailer. This fee covers shared costs incurred from the trailer, such as traffic insurance and purchases related to the trailer. The event trailer was funded by the Kylät partnership table.

The event trailer includes:

• tents 2 pieces (Large 3x6m, small 3 x 3m) tent weights
• foldable tables 10 pieces
• sausage grill (does not include gas bottle)
• Muurikka pan (does not include gas bottle)
• high-visibility vests 25 pieces
• flag line 4x25m

How to proceed

• Reserve the trailer from Jenni Kuotola and agree on the pickup and return of the trailer. From this page, you can see which dates already reserved. Contact details can be found at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your event details in the Häme Events calendar.
• Post about your event and create a Facebook event on the JanakkalanKylät-Facebook page either through your village’s updater or discuss the matter with Jenni Kuotola. Ask the municipality to be a co-organizer of the event.
• Pay the trailer usage fee of 15 € when picking it up (Instructions coming soon)

After use

• Clean the grill and sausage pan thoroughly
• Dry the tents and other equipment before packing
• Pack the trailer as it was, instructions can be found in the trailer
• Report any damages to Jenni Kuotola
• The borrower is responsible for compensating for items broken during use

Please note that gas bottles are not included in the trailer’s equipment; everyone must acquire their own.
If your event is on Saturday for example, the trailer can be picked up on Thursday or Friday and returned on Monday or Tuesday, unless there is demand for it elsewhere.
